Crafted from a blend of Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans, the cocoa is sourced from the Sur de Lago region in north-west Venezuela, near Lake Maracaibo. The area’s warm climate and tall shade trees create ideal growing conditions, helping to develop the chocolate’s rich red fruit and caramel notes. One sip is enough to transport you to this remarkable cocoa-growing region.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day. It should arrive within 24hrs of dispatch.

If the wrong item was received, we will send you a link which can be used to arrange a free collection from your address by the Royal Mail (no printer required). Alternatively, if preferred by you, the link can generate a QR code to scan at your local post office where the item can be dropped off.
If the item is not faulty and you simply wish to return an unused/re-sellable product, then you are liable for your own postage costs. We can send you the link explained above, however please note that the cost of returns postage will be deducted from your refund.
