Delivery Information

Next-Day UK Delivery — £3.99

FREE Next-Day UK Delivery on orders over £39.99

We use a next-day delivery service for all UK orders, including orders qualifying for free delivery.

Order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch, excluding bank holidays.

Our courier also delivers on Saturdays, including eligible orders dispatched on Friday.

Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or service restrictions.

Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email where available.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
