We offer a 30 day returns policy, which is further extended for over the Christmas period during Dec-Jan (further details below).

If the wrong item was received,  we will send you a link which can be used to arrange a free collection from your address by the Royal Mail (no printer required). Alternatively, if preferred by you, the link can generate a QR code to scan at your local post office where the item can be dropped off.

If the item is not faulty and you simply wish to return an unused/re-sellable product, then you are liable for your own postage costs. We can send you the link explained above, however please note that the cost of returns postage will be deducted from your refund.
