The cocoa is organically grown in Madagascar’s renowned Sambirano Upper Valley, where a natural mix of Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero beans thrives. Certified by the Soil Association, the beans are carefully fermented in tiered wooden boxes, regularly turned to develop flavour, and slowly sun-dried to preserve their distinctive citrus notes and clean finish.
The result is a beautifully pure hot chocolate with bright citrus fruit flavours and remarkable depth.
