Made using Ecuador’s highly regarded Arriba Nacional cocoa beans, this hot chocolate offers a refined flavour profile that appeals to both everyday drinkers and true chocolate enthusiasts.
The cocoa is sourced from smallholder farmers located above the Guayas River in Ecuador. Harvested between March and June, the pods are traditionally fermented in wooden boxes for five to seven days before being sun-dried on cement patios or wooden tables. This careful process preserves the cocoa’s naturally floral and well-balanced character.
